What did I do wrong building the two piece wing for my Chrysalis?
I just finished building Chrysalis two piece wings. I found I had to cut
into rib B so the spar would lay flat on the shear web, and then had to
shim between the two shear webs to build up to profile. After all was said
and done, I ended up sheeting over the top spar, as opposed to butting the
1/32 against it. Where did I go wrong?

My guess is you probably used the original A-B shearwebs that come in the
standard kit instead of the special ones that come with the 2-piece option
parts. The special ones are thicker, and have more taper along their
length. The A and B ribs for the 2-piece wing had to be thickened to
provide enough material at the edge of the joiner rod hole, which then
required the thicker shear webs.
You will have a little trouble covering the area between rib B and rib C,
but structurally you will probably be OK. You might want to add a tapered
piece of spar stock on top of the spar between rib B and C to get the spar
level with the center section sheeting at rib B, just to eliminate the
covering problem in that area.
