The following question came from Mark Minatelli

Is there sufficient room in the Chrysalis fuse to install a mechanical mixer for vee tail operation?

From : Don Stackhouse

Mark, depending on which fuselage width you build, there might be room in the Chrysalis fuselage for a Jacuzzi and a waterbed! Seriously, though, it shouldn't be a problem. Assuming you don't want the conventional tail (for which parts are included in the kit), you have several options with the V-tail. You can mount the rudder servo on a sliding tray, then move it fore-and-aft with the elevator servo. This will fit in just about any of the various fuselage widths. You could also mount a Dubro mixer on a pivot at the back of the under-wing compartment, connect the elevator servo to the middle lever, and run a pushrod from the rudder servo that causes the mixer to rotate about the pivot with rudder inputs. I'm sure there are other ways as well.

If you haven't done much with mechanical mixers it would probably be wise to get some help setting it up from someone experienced with this. It's not hard to do, but it can be confusing the first time!
