The following question came from Marteinn Áki Ellertsson " )

I was thinking ... is one of those roadkill airplanes good 2nd or 3rd airplane( i was thinking of the me-109).

Probably OK. In general, our rule of thumb is that if you can handle a .40 size gas engine trainer without having to think about each control movement, you can probably handle a Roadkill model. None of the first six of them are beginner's models, and some of them are a bit easier than others to handle, but none of them are too difficult for an intermediate pilot.

As far as building them, they are easy if you're used to working with lightweight sheet balsa structures. If you don't have much experience in that type of construction, you might want to try building a cheap sheet-balsa rubber free flight model for practice first.
