The following question came from Jordan

Which plane is the easiest to build?

From : Don Stackhouse

Of our kits, probably the J-3 Cub, with the Curtiss-Wright Junior a very close second, in both cases built with the extra dihedral and no ailerons. Leaving off the optional wing struts also simplifies things a bit.

In terms of flying characteristics, both are extremely easy to fly, but the Junior is probably the easiest and most forgiving of the two by a very small margin. The Junior also does a better job of protecting the motor and other critical parts in a mishap. Overall, of the two I'd recommend the Junior for a beginning builder and flier.
