Are they rudder elevator airplanes?

Three channel, two servos: ESC (throttle), elevator on one servo, and coupled
aileron + rudder + steerable nosewheel/tailwheel on the second servo. BTW, the
landing gear is easily removable for backyard flying by loosening one screw at each strut.
A Wes-tech servo might work on the elevator, but that roll control servo has three
control surfaces plus a landing gear to operate. I'd recommend an HS-50 or equivalent
for that. We've used Hitec HS-50's or Maxx Products MX-30's on the prototypes.
BTW, regarding Mike Blott's suggestion, the rudder is NOT optional. Trust me, you
want to have the rudder included. We tried them with ailerons only, and it wasn't
pretty. Don't worry, all the hardware and linkages for the coupled rudder, tailwheel
and aileron linkages are included, as well as very detailed instructions on how to
hook them up. The linkages have very simple and light-weight adjustments included for
getting all the different surfaces centered properly.
