Our new beginner Monarch was inspired directly by RCSE. Remember the big debate last
spring about the shortage of high-quality, reasonably low cost, entry
level hand launch gliders (HLG's) on the market?
Well, it got us thinking about what such a model
would look like if DJ Aerotech produced one. Somehow we managed to squeeze it in
among all our other projects, and it's finally about ready. I'm very pleased to

| A 1.5 meter, 2-channel R/C Hand Launch Glider intended for the
beginning hlg flyer, sport flyer, or as a low-cost practice and backup ship for the
contest flyer. Particularly good in light-air conditions. A great airplane to
help your hand launch flying skills to develop from their larval state and
emerge a butterfly! Performance competitive with glass fuselage/ foam wing models, but with
stability and handling designed for beginning flyers. Airfoils designed
for easy handling, excellent launch, even at low weights, while still
providing excellent low speed performance. |
