A very easy build. About 4 hours -- the most time being spent getting the servos and control rods just right. I finished it this morning. It weighed 6.6 oz with two HS50's a 555 and a 4 cell 110 mAh battery. A soaring buddy came by at lunch and said he wanted to see it fly, so we went out to our field. It was sort of a "so so" overcast day. I needed a 15 min flight to finish up my LSF II ....so.....first trim flight was 14:20 --- 40 seconds short. A few tosses later I found some marginal air and just stuck with it. Ended the flight at 16:52. I was a bit concerned about the battery time, otherwise I may have done 30 min with the plane. It likes to fly fairly fast. I will probably move the CG back from the 2" starting point by dropping one cell, but needless to say it is a good flying plane. I am really looking forward to the 2M Spectres I have coming in.
