Spent a lot of this weekend flying the Chrysalis. Light slope conditions. Handled wonderfully and floated in the light conditions. Penetrated well when the wind picked up, but I lost it behind rocky outcrock when a gust came through. It went nose in very hard and the tail feather section was ripped off. After some CA/Fiber Glass etc (+ 10gr in the nose to compensate)............. Dead Air (at grass airfield) I spent an hour throwing it around. Most flights were between 37-42 secs (I am still very new at the whole RC gliding thing) which everyone else was very impressed by. The glide in the absolutely smooth and flat glide, and soon I was throwing and catching as though I knew what I was doing. The Chrysalis performs like a dream despite the abuse and field repairs!!!!!@@@! Thanks very much. I did however fly it straight into the side of a hangar (damn plane glides too far). Only damage was the servos tape ripped off the balsa. More tape and trimming and more wonderful flying!!!! Again, thanks a lot. Cheers Mike (South Africa) PS. Do you still have my details from the last order. I want to get more!
